Turkey Tail Chia Pudding



2 tbsp of chia seeds

230ml plant milk

1 tsp DIRTEA Turkey Tail

1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)

Handful of fresh coconut

2 tbsp almond butter 

1 tbsp low sugar granola

1 tbsp ground flax

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp cacao nibs

Handful fresh raspberries or strawberries


Mix the chia seeds and milk together in a bowl and set aside in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes (or until hardened). Once thickened, add DIRTEA Turkey Tail powder. Mix well then layer the pudding with the remaining ingredients.
